----How it works

Where it all began

Since its establishment in 2011, Digiem d.o.o. has been engaged in the production and development of electronics and electronic assemblies designed for the needs of our customers. We can boast of numerous satisfied customers and successful projects. The most noteworthy are the following:

  • Our patent for Gorenje glass ceramic ovens where we patented and developed a completely new capacitive sensor used for oven buttons
  • We have developed controllers with which we control inputs and outputs for hydraulic devices. We are also one of the first to develop controllers where we can set individual inputs and outputs so that each input can be set as an output and each output as an input.
  • We also deal with electronics for medical mechanics. We have developed keyboards that are used on hospital bathtubs and chairs for the disabled. The keyboards are completely manufactured in-house, from the sticker to the electronics
  • Recently, we have developed and are still developing new electronic controllers that offer WiFi connection to various machines and allow service technicians to check diagnostics and troubleshoot problems and upgrade software right from their phone or tablet

In recent years, we have expanded our production and modernized it with modern robots. We have also expanded our development to many other areas besides electronics manufacturing, as we have invested in new modern machines

  • We offer injection molding of plastic housings and other plastic products
  • We offer 3D printing of small series up to a few 100 pieces
  • We are equipped with a laser engraver, with which we can engrave wood, metal, plastic and other materials, and laser cutter for cutting various metals.
  • We offer production of a completely finished product, from start to finish all made by us.

Our capabilities of production

Electronics Production

Full in house production from bare PCB to finished and tested product. We design, assemble, program and test it.

3D printing

Prototyping made easy and on budget. Its much cheaper and faster to make multiple different prototypes before a real product. Its also great for smaller productions of various small to medium sized plastic products.

Plastic injection molding

More expensive than 3D printing but faster and more efficient. Great for larger quantities up to a few thousand pcs.

Laser engraving

In recent years we expanded our production and bought a precision laser engraver. We can engrave on multiple different materials with ease.

Laser cutting

With our laser cutter we can cut metal that is up to 10mm thick. We can also produce various metal parts because we offer welding services.

Polyurethane molds

The newest addition to our production are polyurethane moulds. We offer mould production of small and big product, even a few meters long.
